Talent is seeking a Tech Bar Support Officer to join our Sydney CBD team, delivering frontline desktop support for a large enterprise IT environment with 3,000+ users.

Bring Windows and Mac troubleshooting, Microsoft Intune experience, and strong customer service. JAMF and AV knowledge are valued. This 12-month contract has extension potential with an immediate start in Sydney CBD. Work with a national IT team in a dynamic, stakeholder-rich setting.

Qualifications

Level 1/2 desktop support experience.
Strong Windows and Mac troubleshooting.
Microsoft Intune experience is essential.
JAMF and AV experience is highly regarded.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
