Job summary

Asana, Inc. in Sydney is seeking a Customer Enablement Manager to partner with enterprise customers on discovery, solution design, and adoption of Asana workflows and AI-enabled processes.

You’ll own a portfolio of customer engagements from discovery through launch, coordinating with CSMs and account teams to translate business needs into scalable enablement programs and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer enablement, implementation, customer success, consulting, professional services, change management, learning and development, or a related customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience leading engagements with discovery, consultation, solution design, and enablement to drive adoption.
• Hands-on experience translating business requirements into workflow designs and testing/launch.
• Strong portfolio and project management skills balancing ongoing work and time-bound initiatives.
• Consultative problem solving with clear, data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer enablement engagements and manage from discovery through delivery and follow-up.
• Lead structured, project-based implementations, aligning milestones with stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into practical workflow designs and AI-enabled use cases.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings, and scalable learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Educate and mentor customers to drive adoption, value realization, and retention.
