You will act as a trusted advisor to executives, helping customers realize measurable value and long-term partnerships while navigating complex enterprise environments and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS fields.
• Experience with enterprise customers and navigating complex stakeholder maps.
• Ability to explain AI-driven solutions in business terms.
• Willingness to travel 10–25%

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of 25+ mid-market and enterprise customers from go-live to value realization.
• Advise executives; align AI solutions to business outcomes.
• Drive adoption and expansion of Moveworks AI Assistant across ServiceNow workflows.
• Translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps and product feedback.
• Track success metrics tied to efficiency, cost savings, and employee experience.
• Support renewals with ongoing value demonstrations.
