Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Enablement Lead, Knowledge Work to drive adoption and value realization for enterprise customers in a post-sales capacity. Based in Sydney, you will design and deliver high-impact enablement experiences for users ranging from business professionals to technical practitioners and executives.

You will lead workshops, create reusable training assets, and partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to scale adoption of ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, ensuring

Qualifications

6+ years in customer-facing enablement or instructional roles within enterprise environments.
Strong presentation and communication skills for senior/executive audiences.
Solid understanding of OpenAI products (ChatGPT Enterprise, Agents) and how to apply them in real workflows.
