Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Enablement Lead, Knowledge Work, based in Sydney, with a strong background in post-sale enablement. You’ll design and deliver high-impact enablement experiences that drive adoption and measurable business value across Enterprise clients, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.

You will lead live workshops, craft adoption interventions, and partner with Sales and Delivery to scale enablement across diverse audiences—from executives to technical teams—while accelerating

Qualifications

6+ years in customer-facing enablement or instructional roles.
Experience delivering live sessions, workshops, and end-to-end enablement programs.
Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business value for executives and practitioners.

Responsibilities

Lead enablement for OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, across enterprise teams.
Design and deliver enablement experiences and adoption interventions.
Hold SME responsibility for product areas and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
Coordinate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive adoption.
Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices.
