Asana is seeking a Customer Enablement Manager to help enterprise customers design, launch, and adopt effective ways of working with Asana. You will own a portfolio of customers, guiding discovery, workflow design, and scaled enablement to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in customer enablement, implementation, customer success, consulting, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience leading customer engagements that combine discovery, consultation, solution design, facilitation, implementation, and enablement to drive adoption or behavior change.
• Hands-on experience working directly with customers to translate business requirements into workflow designs and configure solutions through testing and launch.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills with the ability to balance an ongoing portfolio of customers with time-bound projects, milestones, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Consultative problem solver skilled in asking questions, identifying root causes, and recommending clear solutions.

Aufgaben

• Develop a deep understanding of customer priorities and how teams work today, and recommend workflows and enablement approaches to improve adoption, efficiency, and collaboration.
• Manage a portfolio of customer enablement engagements across multiple customers from discovery to delivery and follow-through.
• Lead project-based implementations from discovery and planning through workflow configuration, testing, and launch with clear milestones.
• Drive AI-enabled workflow adoption by translating Asana capabilities into practical use cases and guiding organizational changes.
• Deliver scalable learning experiences through workshops, training programs, and enablement initiatives.
