Job summary

Model ML in Sydney is seeking an Engagement Manager to own end-to-end client outcomes, turning client problems into scalable AI workflows, and driving adoption through governance and clear communication.

You will manage delivery plans, surface risks early, and build trusted relationships from trial to renewal in collaboration with Growth, Engineering, and Product. Strong background in high-pressure advisory roles is expected; travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in private equity, investment banking, or tier 1 consultancies.
• Ability to translate ambiguous client asks into scoped delivery plans.
• Strong technical fluency: workflows, data, and failure modes.
• Excellent operational hygiene: tracking, documentation and governance.
• Clear, proactive communicator who escalates early and closes loops.
• Autonomous in a fast-changing environment; willing to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Translate client problems into scalable Model ML workflows and drive adoption.
• Maintain delivery planning with owners, dates, dependencies, and risk surfacing.
• Communicate decisions clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Build trusted client relationships from trial to renewal with Engineering and Product.
