You will own renewals, manage enterprise accounts, and partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to secure contracts while driving customer value.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in renewals/account management or customer success.
• Experience with enterprise/mid-market customers.
• Strong negotiation and executive engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end renewals process with pricing and terms.
• Build executive relationships and conduct QBRs and reviews.
• Drive onboarding and product adoption across accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and assist upsell initiatives.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and scorecards for leadership.
