Objective Corporation is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Sydney, Australia. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on guiding customers through their journey with Objective Connect, driving usage, and ensuring value realization.

You’ll engage with users and stakeholders, demonstrate the software, and work across Sales, Product, Engineering and Support to deliver outstanding outcomes. If you enjoy helping customers succeed and growing relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with customers and building strong relationships.
• Exposure to SaaS or cloud-based products and commercial aspects such as renewals and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers and be a go-to contact across their journey with Objective Connect.
• Drive product usage and help customers discover new value from the product.
• Lead customer reviews and engagement activities to demonstrate value and uncover future needs.
• Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve the experience.
• Support renewals and collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities across the organisation.
• Demonstrate the product through demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support to ensure great outcomes.
