Job summary

Sonder is seeking a Customer Insights Partner to collaborate with our largest enterprise clients, turning workforce data into strategic conversations that matter to C-suite leaders. You will manage about 40 accounts and work with our AI delivery pod to craft evidence-based insights for P&C leaders, CFOs, and CEOs, identifying value and expansion opportunities for the sales team.

You will spend time at Sonder offices and customer sites, building strong executive relationships and driving outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles with direct accountability for senior client relationships, in enterprise account management, management consulting, or senior HR, Risk or WHS roles with large customer facing experience
• Proven experience working with C-level and senior executives in enterprise organisations
• A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to read a dataset, spot what matters and form a clear point of view
• Comfort interrogating and refining AI generated outputs, with a genuine appetite for using AI as a core working tool
• Executive presence, with the confidence to hold and defend a view in front of senior stakeholders
• Commercial instincts to recognise an expansion opportunity in conversation and qualify it precisely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the organisation to manage a book of accounts to a high standard
• Eligible to work in Australia and available to spend time at Sonder offices and customer sites

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sonder's enterprise customers to turn workforce health, safety and wellbeing data into conversations senior leaders value
• Manage a portfolio of around 40 accounts and report to the VP Customer
• Prepare sharp, evidence based insights for P&C leaders, CFOs and CEOs using the AI delivery pod
• Spot where Sonder can create more value and hand off expansion opportunities to sales team
