Sonder in Sydney seeks a Customer Insights Partner to translate workforce health, safety and wellbeing data into executive-ready insights for our largest enterprise clients. You’ll manage a portfolio of around 40 accounts, collaborating with our AI delivery pod to deliver sharp, evidence-based insights for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles with direct accountability for senior client relationships in enterprise settings.
• Proven experience working with C-level and senior executives.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to read a dataset and form a clear POV.
• Comfort interrogating and refining AI-generated outputs for business use.
• Executive presence with ability to defend a viewpoint before senior stakeholders.
• Commercial instincts to recognise and qualify expansion opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of managing a book of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Turn workforce health, safety and wellbeing data into conversations senior leaders value.
• Manage a portfolio of ~40 enterprise accounts and report to the VP Customer.
• Prepare sharp, evidence-based insights using our AI delivery pod.
• Spot where Sonder can create more value and hand off expansion opportunities to sales.
