Job summary

Sonder seeks a Customer Insights Partner to collaborate with our largest enterprise clients, translating workforce health, safety and wellbeing data into conversations executives value. You’ll manage about 40 accounts, report to the VP Customer, and leverage our AI pod to deliver sharp, evidence-based insights to P&C leaders, CFOs and CEOs, spotting expansion opportunities for the sales team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles with direct accountability for senior client relationships in enterprise settings.
• Proven experience engaging with C-level and senior executives in large organisations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and form a clear point of view.
• Comfort with interrogating AI-generated outputs and using AI as a core working tool.
• Executive presence and ability to defend a view before senior stakeholders.
• Commercial instincts to recognise and qualify expansion opportunities in conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong account management.
• Eligible to work in Australia and available to spend time at offices and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sonder's enterprise customers to turn workforce health, safety and wellbeing data into executive-level insights.
• Manage a portfolio of around 40 accounts and report to the VP Customer.
• Use the AI delivery pod to prepare evidence-based insights for P&C leaders, CFOs and CEOs.
• Identify where Sonder can create more value and hand off expansion opportunities to sales.
