Job summary

Domain Group in Sydney is seeking a senior leader to deliver customer and agent insights that inform marketing effectiveness, product strategy and growth. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Sales and Leadership to translate research into actionable recommendations and embed the voice of the customer across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Customer Insights, Market Research or Strategic Insights roles across agency and/or client-side environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and agent insight programs delivering actionable recommendations influencing marketing, strategy and growth.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales and Leadership to deliver bespoke insight projects and oversee external partnerships.
• Champion the voice of the customer and drive AI-powered insights to improve access and adoption across teams.
• Govern external research suppliers and ensure governance, quality and cost efficiency.
