Qualifications

• Senior Change/Transformation leader with enterprise scope.
• Experience leading change teams or enterprise change functions.
• Strong executive stakeholder and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Engagement & Readiness function.
• Set enterprise change, engagement and readiness frameworks.
• Advise executives on change impacts, adoption and readiness risks.
• Partner with Program Directors across ERP, technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Establish readiness and adoption measures for key programs.
• Build organisational change capability across the portfolio.
