Talent is seeking a Senior Leader for Enterprise Change to provide strategic oversight of organisational readiness and stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of major transformation initiatives. This is not a traditional change delivery role. The focus is on taking an enterprise-wide view, understanding the cumulative impact of change and ensuring the organisation is ready to successfully navigate multiple concurrent transformations.

• Experience in complex, highly matrixed organisations.
• Exposure to ERP, enterprise technology or operating model transformation.
• Confident, personable and collaborative leadership style.

Banking, financial services, insurance or higher education experience will be highly regarded.
