Project Pathway Recruitment seeks an ambitious advisory professional to drive real impact across major transformation programmes in Melbourne. You will work with senior leaders on operating model improvements and change initiatives, delivering key milestones with hands-on problem solving and stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate closely with directors and clients, balancing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a relentless client focus and delivering

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consulting, transformation or change management.
• Consulting background highly desired.
• Experience across change management, operating model design or transformation.
• Strong communicator with the knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Structured problem solver with sharp attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple workstreams across transformation and change programmes.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to solve operational problems and improve ways of working.
• Help run workshops, strategy sessions and key project meetings.
• Produce analysis, presentations and high quality deliverables.
• Manage project logistics including risks, dependencies and actions.
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent, reliable delivery.
• Support internal initiatives and new business proposals.
• Work in step with directors and managers to keep delivery unified.
