Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Change Manager for a two-year full-time fixed term contract to steer the people side of a major transformation. You will drive change across enterprise systems, lead stakeholder engagement, and ensure business readiness and adoption for technology and process changes including Humanforce and Epicor implementations.

Change Manager-Full-Time Fixed Term Contract (2 Years)

Why this role matters:

We are embarking on a significant Systems Transformation Program and are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of change across multiple enterprise-wide initiatives

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Systems Transformation Program Director, you will play a critical role in driving organisational change, stakeholder engagement, business readiness and adoption across major technology and process transformation projects. This includes the implementation of Humanforce workforce management and payroll systems, Epicor finance systems, managing our new intranet site and other associated operating model changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the change management strategy, plans and readiness activities for key program releases.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and change champion networks across corporate and frontline teams.
• Assess change impacts and translate complex system and process changes into practical, people-focused solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to build capability, manage resistance and drive sustainable adoption.
• Coordinate readiness assessments, training plans, communications and go-live preparation.
• Support hypercare activities and transition successful outcomes into business-as-usual operations.
• Provide clear reporting, risk management and change insights to program governance forums and senior stakeholder

About You

You are a confident and pragmatic Change Manager with experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives. You thrive in complex environments, can influence at all levels, and know how to bring people on the journey through periods of significant change.

• Demonstrated experience leading organisational change across enterprise systems implementations from planning through to adoption and BAU transition.
• Proven success delivering change across multiple business functions, sites and stakeholder groups.
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communications, sponsor coaching and resistance management.
• Experience coordinating learning and business readiness activities with SMEs, vendors and leadership teams.
• Strong workshop facilitation, planning and reporting skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in organisational change, business, human resources, communications, psychology or a related discipline.
• Humanforce, Epicor SLS, HRIS, payroll, workforce management or ERP transformation experience.
  Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or another regulated environment.
• Knowledge of payroll, rostering, finance, procurement or operational transformation programs.
• Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification would be well regarded

Mandatory Requirements

• Current National Police Check or Willing to obtain
• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or valid Australian work rights.
