Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead people-side change across a major Systems Transformation Program. You will drive organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across technology and process initiatives.

You will partner with leaders to manage resistance, oversee training, and ensure go-live success, including implementing Humanforce and Epicor systems, and shaping the operating model for a regulated aged care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change across enterprise systems implementations.
• Proven success delivering change across multiple functions, sites and stakeholder groups.
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communications, sponsor coaching and resistance management.
• Experience coordinating learning and business readiness activities with SMEs, vendors and leadership teams.
• Strong workshop facilitation, planning and reporting skills.
• Relevant qualification in organisational change or related discipline.
• Experience with Humanforce, Epicor SLS, HRIS, payroll, workforce management or ERP transformation in regulated environments.

We are embarking on a significant Systems Transformation Program and are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of change across multiple enterprise-wide initiatives

What You Will Be Doing

Reporting to the Systems Transformation Program Director, you will play a critical role in driving organisational change, stakeholder engagement, business readiness and adoption across major technology and process transformation projects. This includes the implementation of Humanforce workforce management and payroll systems, Epicor finance systems, managing our new intranet site and other associated operating model changes.

About You

You are a confident and pragmatic Change Manager with experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives. You thrive in complex environments, can influence at all levels, and know how to bring people on the journey through periods of significant change.

Essential Experience

• Demonstrated experience leading organisational change across enterprise systems implementations from planning through to adoption and BAU transition.
• Proven success delivering change across multiple business functions, sites and stakeholder groups.
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communications, sponsor coaching and resistance management.
• Experience coordinating learning and business readiness activities with SMEs, vendors and leadership teams.
• Strong workshop facilitation, planning and reporting skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in organisational change, business, human resources, communications, psychology or a related discipline.
• Humanforce, Epicor SLS, HRIS, payroll, workforce management or ERP transformation experience. Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or another regulated environment.
• Knowledge of payroll, rostering, finance, procurement or operational transformation programs.
• Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification would be well regarded

Mandatory Requirements

• Current National Police Check or Willing to obtain
• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or valid Australian work rights.
