Project Pathway is a growing boutique management consultancy helping major enterprises navigate complex change. Based in Australia, the firm delivers strategic advisory with a human-centred approach to operational design and enterprise change.

Ideal for an ambitious adviser ready to work with senior leaders on major change programmes and operating model improvements. The role is hands-on, with problem solving, stakeholder engagement and delivery of key milestones across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in consulting, transformation or change management.
• Consultancy background highly desired.
• Experience operating across change management, operating model design or transformation.
• Strong communicator with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Structured problem solver with sharp attention to detail.
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities in fast moving environments.
• Commercial mindset focused on value and client outcomes.
• Degree in commerce, HR, business or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple workstreams across transformation and change programmes.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to solve operational problems and improve ways of working.
• Help run workshops, strategy sessions and key project meetings.
• Produce analysis, presentations and high quality deliverables.
• Manage project logistics including risks, dependencies and actions.
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent, reliable delivery.
• Support internal initiatives and new business proposals.
• Work in step with directors and managers to keep delivery unified.
