Job summary

TechOne Application Support Specialist role at Talenza in Melbourne. An experienced applications professional is sought to support a portfolio of critical business systems within a complex enterprise environment, on an initial daily-rate contract with flexible hybrid working.

You will administer and enhance enterprise applications, coordinate upgrades and releases, support reporting, integrations and data management, and manage user access and governance in collaboration with business

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP platforms or SaaS-based business systems.
• Experience managing system releases, upgrades, incidents and change processes.
• Knowledge of integrations, reporting, security and access management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
• Proven ability to analyse issues, improve processes and deliver practical technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, support and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications.
• Coordinate application upgrades, testing, releases and change activities.
• Support reporting, integrations, workflows and data management initiatives.
• Manage user access, security controls and application governance requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
