Job summary

Talent is seeking a hands-on Systems Support Analyst for a 2-month contract in Melbourne to support business applications, drive process improvements and enable workflow automation. You will develop, configure and maintain TrueContext forms, automate workflows with Google Apps Script and Sheets, and leverage Microsoft Copilot to streamline processes across platforms.

Strong troubleshooting, data management and collaboration with internal stakeholders are essential to deliver practical solutions

Qualifications

Experience using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, including scripting and automation.
Ability to use Microsoft Copilot to support business processes.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
General understanding of databases and business applications.
Good communication skills and a systems and process-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure and maintain TrueContext forms.
Use Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to automate workflows and improve data management.
Leverage Microsoft Copilot to streamline business processes.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide practical solutions.
