Job summary

Insight is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Principal to embed with client teams and deliver end-to-end AI and data solutions. You will translate complex business needs into structured technical outcomes, owning the delivery from discovery through deployment and handover.

You will collaborate with client engineers and analysts, build capability on-site and at scale, and leverage accelerators to drive enterprise AI value while maintaining high technical and commercial standards.

Qualifications

• Production-Grade Engineering: shipped real software for real users in consulting, professional services or embedded engineering.
• Strong Full-Stack depth across Python, .NET/C#, or TypeScript; SQL; cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience with AI/LLM-driven development and tool use in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Discover & Frame: run discovery workshops, translate business problems into architecture, define scoping for fixed-price envelopes.
• Build & Deploy: architect and deliver production-grade data/AI solutions across full stack, integrate with client infra, own quality end-to-end.
• Enable & Embed: pair with client engineers, create reusable documentation and training for lasting capability.
• Shape Insight's Future: capture patterns, mentor others, contribute to accelerators.
