Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead enterprise AI initiatives, from initial discovery to production systems. You’ll architect, ship and supervise AI solutions using Claude, GPT and Gemini while ensuring security, scale, and reliability across client environments.

You’ll mentor engineers, shape internal practices, and engage with CTOs to craft AI roadmaps in fast-paced, boardroom-backed settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in production.
• Proven track record leading complex, customer-facing technical engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with enterprise clients from discovery to production, including C-suite engagement and long-term roadmap influence.
• Architect and ship enterprise-grade AI systems using the best tooling chosen for the problem, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
