Maincode seeks an experienced Enterprise Relationship Manager to cultivate long-term partnerships with Australian government and enterprise customers. You will own the end-to-end relationship, identify opportunities, and guide customers through Matilda Enterprise and related products, working with the in-house Mainsail platform.

You will collaborate with CIOs, CISOs, and heads of data, risk, and compliance, ensuring customers get value over time while the company grows with them.

Qualifications

• Experience selling platforms into enterprise or government organisations.
• Track record of long-term customer relationships and renewals.
• Disciplined, reliable, and focused on pipeline.
• Strong work ethic and drive.
• Genuine interest in AI and Matilda; able to explain private AI concepts.
• Clear written and spoken communication.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage long term relationships with enterprise and public sector customers, from first meeting through renewal and growth.
• Follow up on opportunities identified by Mainsail, develop them into lasting relationships.
• Understand each customer's business, data, and regulatory obligations to recommend Matilda Enterprise, GRC, model training, and compute.
• Work with engineers to scope deployments in Australia cloud, on-premise, or airgapped environments.
• Run a disciplined process on every account with clear next steps and a robust pipeline.
• Represent Maincode with customers and partners at industry events.
• Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
