• Significant experience in enterprise or large customer digital advertising sales across brand and performance solutions.
• Proven ability to sell consultatively, influence senior stakeholders, and close complex, high value deals.
• Strong existing network across ANZ marketing and media decision makers, either agency side, client side, or both.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into clear commercial insight.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping build new ways of working in a scaling organisation.

• Own and grow a portfolio of Strategic Verticals advertisers, delivering against revenue targets through long‑term partnerships.
• Build trusted senior relationships with Director, VP, and C‑suite marketing and commercial leaders, partnering with agencies to unlock opportunities.
• Lead complex sales engagements using data driven storytelling to shape narratives, win RFPs, and demonstrate campaign impact.
