Job summary

Constructor is seeking an Account Manager for APAC to lead strategic relationships with enterprise clients from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and product teams to advocate for customers and uncover opportunities for value delivery across the APAC region.

You will drive adoption of the Constructor product, analyze ecommerce metrics, and communicate health status, risks, and upsell opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Account Management experience within a SaaS company (ecommerce focus strongly preferred).
• Proven success managing enterprise renewal and expansion cycles.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets.
• Executive presence and ability to influence VP+ and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue, profit, merchandising metrics).
• Ability to analyze and present data related to ecommerce performance, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• You are the strategic lead for the clients in your book of business.
• You will build strong relationships with your clients to understand goals and how Constructor maps to them.
• You will manage complex renewal and upsell cycles from start to finish, demonstrating product and economic benefits to stakeholders.
• You will uncover and manage risk within your book of business in a timely manner.
• You will grow to understand clients’ business needs and Constructor product to educate on new use cases and integrations.
• You will regularly update internal systems and attend meetings to document customer status, needs, risk, and upsell steps.
