Job summary

Constructor is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to build relationships with high-value prospects, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with engineering to close deals.

You will learn customer needs, deliver value, and provide feedback to the product team to shape features that drive measurable business impact for enterprise ecommerce clients, including six-figure opportunities and multi-month cycles.

This role offers a fully remote setup across Australia.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience selling technical commercial or enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Experience selling SaaS into accounts with 90+ day sales cycles.
• Ability to motivate urgency to shorten time-to-sale.
• Strong negotiation with lines of business, procurement and executives.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles from champion to CEO level.
