Job summary

• Drive adoption and sales growth of Medtronic's ENT portfolio by partnering with ENT surgeons, theatre teams, and healthcare stakeholders across the territory to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Build trusted partnerships with ENT specialists, key opinion leaders, nursing staff, and hospital decision-makers, becoming a valued clinical and commercial resource.
• Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of ENT procedures through territory planning, account development, and targeted customer engagement.
• Provide expert product support in the operating theatre and clinical environment, ensuring healthcare professionals are confident in the use of ENT technologies.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education sessions, and training programs that enhance customer expertise and improve patient care outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons
