Job summary

Medtronic in Sydney seeks a driven Territory Manager, Spine to grow the spine portfolio across public and private healthcare settings. The role focuses on developing surgeon relationships, supporting spine procedures, and driving portfolio adoption within the Sydney territory.

You will deliver education, in-service sessions, product demonstrations, and in-theatre support, while maintaining deep product knowledge and compliance with hospital requirements. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Year 12 education.
• Proven success in territory-based medical device or surgical sales.
• Experience supporting clinical procedures in operating theatres.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve spine sales targets across Sydney.
• Build trusted relationships with spine surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, and hospital stakeholders.
• Support spine cases with timely coverage, technical support, and in-theatre service.
• Deliver education, in-services, product demonstrations, and trial support to clinical end users.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across spine offerings and enabling technologies.
• Gather market intelligence and identify opportunities to expand portfolio penetration in Sydney.
