Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in enrolments, admissions or customer engagement.
• Experience with CRM or enrolment management systems.
• Experience in a school/educational setting preferred.
• WWCC required.
• First Aid HLTAID012 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the enrolment journey from enquiry to commencement.
• Coordinate College Tours, Open Days and information events.
• Provide insights from enrolment data to support planning and forecasting.
• Build and maintain relationships with families and staff to support enrolment growth.
