Job summary

Canberra Grammar School is seeking an enthusiastic Enrolments Officer to support enrolment growth and retention. You will manage the prospective family journey, maintain accurate data and coordinate the enrolments pipeline to ensure a smooth process.

The role is customer facing, requires strong communication and high attention to detail, with responsibility for data entry, relationship management and collaboration with the Head of Enrolments to shape the experience for CGS families.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-level customer service in an education or professional setting.
• Ability to take ownership, anticipate needs and reflect CGS values in every interaction.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse, prioritise and manage competing tasks under pressure.
• High level data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with databases and digital systems; Synergetic experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the prospective family journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Maintain accurate enrolments data and manage the enrolment pipeline.
• Coordinate enrolments processes and support the Head of Enrolments in daily operations.
