About Us

Mercedes College is a Catholic co-educational Reception to Year 12 International Baccalaureate World School in the Mercy tradition, located in Springfield, South Australia.

Driven by our vision to be a sustainable, internationally minded, world class school, we develop creative and critical thinkers who become leaders, for life.

Our community is defined by a sense of belonging, high expectations and genuine relationships, and we live our Mercy Values of Compassion, Loyalty, Justice, Integrity, Responsibility and Mutual Respect in the way we work and interact with students, families and each other.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Communications and Engagement, the Enrolments Manager leads the College’s enrolment process and is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for prospective families at every stage of their journey.

As a key member of the Marketing, Communications and Engagement team, you will manage the complete enrolment lifecycle, ensuring families are supported from their first enquiry through to commencement at the College. You will work in collaboration with the Director to coordinate College Tours, Open Days and information events, build strong relationships with current and prospective families, and work collaboratively with staff across the College to showcase the unique opportunities available to Mercedes students.

The role also plays an important part in supporting enrolment growth through the analysis of enrolment trends, demographic information and market data. Drawing on these insights, you will provide recommendations that inform planning, forecasting and decision‑making across the College and support the achievement of its strategic objectives.

This is a highly visible role requiring professionalism, initiative and the ability to confidently engage with families, staff and senior leaders while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Uses data and information to identify trends, solve problems and support informed decision‑making.
  • Shows initiative, takes ownership and works effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Enjoys a varied role and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
  • Supports and upholds the Catholic ethos and Mercy tradition of the College.
