Job summary

Mater Education Ltd is seeking a Team Leader – Application and Enrolment at our South Brisbane campus. You will lead a high-performing team, drive end-to-end enrolment processes, and ensure compliant, efficient student services that align with organisational objectives.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on improving student conversion, data integrity, and service delivery across programs, with a strong emphasis on change leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an operational team or function.
• Ability to translate priorities into operational plans and performance measures.
• Experience implementing operational plans, service delivery models and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance of the Application and Enrolment function with defined standards.
• Develop and coach your team through performance management and capability development.
• Oversee end-to-end application and enrolment lifecycle and ensure student-centred service delivery.
• Identify and drive business process improvements to increase efficiency and conversion.
• Act as the systems lead for application and enrolment platforms and coordinate changes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, funding requirements and regulatory standards.
• Monitor data on pipelines, conversion and volumes to inform decisions.
• Build partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve services.
