Job summary

Clayfield College is seeking an Enrolments Manager (Parental Leave Cover) to lead domestic and international student recruitment, enrolment conversion and pipeline management. You will deliver a high-quality experience for families from enquiry through to commencement, while ensuring CRM data integrity and compliance.

The role reports to the Director of Advancement and involves coordinating tours, interviews, orientations and events, with a focus on data-informed planning and stakeholder

Qualifications

An appropriate tertiary qualification in education administration or a related field.
Experience in school enrolments and CRM systems is highly regarded.
Strong communication, data accuracy and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead domestic and international enrolment activities from enquiry to commencement.
Manage enrolment data, Census, audits and reporting for leadership teams.
Oversee CRICOS compliance and maintain accurate enrolment records.
Coordinate tours, interviews and orientation programs for new students.
Develop and implement recruitment and conversion activities to optimise numbers.
Supervise junior staff and collaborate with the Director of Advancement.
