Job summary

Marist College Ashgrove in Brisbane's inner northern suburbs is seeking an Enrolments Officer to support families through the full enrolment journey for boarding and day students. The role is 38 hours per week during term time, with additional hours in holidays as required.

Reporting to the Director of Admissions, you will use enrolments software (TASS, Digistorm, Funnell, Prism) and MS Office, and you will uphold the College's ethos while presenting a professional image to parents and students.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in admissions, enrolments, or a related area.
• Proficiency in the use of, or the ability to quickly engage with, enrolments office programs such as: TASS, Digistorm, Funnell, Humanitix, Prism, MS Office and Docusign.
• An understanding of the Marist ethos and how you would support and model this in your role.
• Ability to present a professional, personable and knowledgeable image to prospective and existing parents, students and the wider school community.

Responsibilities

• Assist families through the full enrolment process from initial enquiry through to commencement at the College.
• Coordinate with Boarding and Day admissions to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain enrolment records and liaise with relevant stakeholders throughout the process.
