Marist College Ashgrove in Brisbane is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead enrolment efforts for Years 5–12. The role oversees the development and implementation of enrolment policies and initiatives and reports to the Head of College.

You will manage admissions processes, engage with parents and students, and ensure program proficiency with TASS, Digistorm, Funnell, Prism, and Docusign while upholding the Marist ethos and safeguarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in admissions, enrolment management, or a related area, with a proven track record of achieving enrolment objectives.
• Proficiency in the use of, or the ability to quickly engage with the programs used in the enrolments office such as: TASS, Digistorm, Funnell, Humanitix, Prism, MS Office and Docusign.
• An understanding of the Marist ethos and how you would support and model this in your role.
• Ability to present a professional, personable and knowledgeable image to prospective and existing parents, students and the wider school community.
• All candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
