Job summary

Lexis Education, based at its Maroochydore campus, is seeking a full-time Registrar/Enrolment Officer to support international student admissions across multiple Lexis campuses. You will handle enrolments, respond to agents and students, and maintain accurate student records in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with PRISMS, STARS, and course fees, update templates, coordinate accommodation requests, and assist with refunds and changes to enrolments.

Responsibilities

• Process enrolments for all Lexis campuses, including vocational enrolments
• Respond promptly to agent and student correspondence
• Liaise with the Marketing Department regarding fees, enrolment conditions, and commercial agreements
• Maintain accurate student records and update the student database in a timely manner
• Maintain student documents and files
• Process changes to student enrolments and maintain diary notes
• Process Confirmations of Enrolment for international students through PRISMS
• Update student records and log interactions and requests accurately in PRISMS
• Liaise with campus staff regarding accommodation arrangements and special requests
• Communicate enrolment changes to campus staff
• Process student campus transfers and collaborate with the Accounts Department on payment requests
• Calculate student refunds and reconcile information in STARS
• Update course fees and templates in STARSassistant
