Ipswich Girls Grammar School including Ipswich Junior Grammar School is seeking a part-time Enrolments Registrar. The role oversees the student enrolment journey from initial enquiry through to commencement, including Full Fee-Paying Overseas Students (FFPOS).

You will deliver a welcoming experience for prospective families while ensuring policy compliance. You will build strong community relationships, work with leadership and staff, and contribute to enrolment strategy, marketing and reporting

Competenze

• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse families.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Experience implementing enrolment policies and procedures.
• High-level ICT skills and comfort with school management software.
• Knowledge and qualifications relevant to enrolment duties.
• entitlement to work in Australia and Blue Card (or ability to obtain).

Mansioni

• Oversee enrolment journey from enquiry to commencement for all year groups.
• Manage overseas student enrolments (FFPOS) including PRISMS and CRICOS requirements.
• Build relationships with prospective families and coordinate school tours and events.
• Ensure compliance with government and school policies; report trends and demographics.
• Support enrolment strategies, marketing and communications to hit targets.
• Uphold school values and maintain smooth Enrolments office operations.
