Job summary

Arcare in Victoria is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to work under a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality care to residents in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

You will perform personal care, administer medications, monitor health, wound care, and document assessments in eCase, contributing to positive resident outcomes and teamwork with the nursing team.

Applicants must hold AHPRA registration and a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing, with a passion for aged care and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
• Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
• Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
• Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team

About the Role
