Arcare is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision, supporting residents and upholding Arcare’s values and standards.

You will work with the Registered Nurse to ensure positive resident outcomes, with a focus on personal care, medication administration and health monitoring. This role suits a team player with strong communication and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
• Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Friendly, clear, and effective communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
• Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
• Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
• Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team

Hourly Rate Range

$45.32 - $46.80 + Super

Shift Penalties (where applicable)

Week 1 Fri & Sat 6:45am - 2:30pm, Week 2 Fri & Sat 6:45am - 2:30pm 29 Hrs p/f
