Job summary

Arcare Aged Care is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality nursing care to residents and supporting the team in a values-driven environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, administer prescribed medications, monitor health status, and document care using eCase. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate communication, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition.
• Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds.
• Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team.

About The Role
