Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately.
• Observe vital signs, monitor health, and report changes to RN.
• Provide basic wound care and dressing changes.
• Conduct assessments and document care via eCase, escalate as needed.

• Location: Arcare Reservoir
• Employment Type: Casual & Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Casual: Availability to work both morning and afternoon shifts across the week is essential.
• Part-Time: Thursday and Saturday, 2:45 PM to 9:30 PM

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
• Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
• Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
• Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team
