Job summary

Coates in Sydney is seeking an Engineering Solutions Specialist to support customers, sales, and operations with technical product knowledge for our shoring, propping, water management and water treatment solutions. The role focuses on driving revenue in NSW, building relationships with civil and construction clients, and working with local and regional teams to raise product awareness.

You'll join a safety-first culture with flexible start times and a vehicle supplied.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical solution selling preferred.
• Customer-facing experience in construction or civil industries.
• Knowledge of structural temporary works including shoring and propping.

Responsibilities

• Assess sites with customers and identify opportunities for Coates solutions.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Solutions Specialist to play a key role in supporting our customers, sales, and operational teams with technical product knowledge, based in Sydney Metro. The Engineering Solutions Team provide a range of end-to-end solutions and the Project Management to support the temporary works associated with design, installation, site support, and certification for our complete range of products and services (Shoring, Structural Propping, Water Management, and Water Treatment). We are seeking someone knowledgeable across structural temporary works to drive our standard shoring and propping revenue streams in NSW.

You’ll Enjoy Variety In Your Role Including

• Working with local and regional sales plus operations teams to drive product awareness and technical product expertise to existing and new customers.
• Assessing sites with customers and identifying opportunities whereby Coates can offer solutions to advance their projects.
• Developing key relationships a broad range of internal stakeholders and with civil and construction customers.
• Leading our uncompromising Safety-First culture throughout the organisation and customer relationships.
