Job summary

Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited is seeking a field-based professional in Newcastle–Maitland, NSW. The role involves applying specialist technical knowledge to support sales and operations, assess client sites, and design temporary works solutions.

You will coordinate with contractors and engineers while championing safety across projects. The successful candidate will build client relationships, contribute to project management tasks, and help deliver practical, compliant temporary works

Qualifications

• Support sales and operations teams with specialist technical knowledge.
• Assess customer sites and recommend temporary works solutions.
• Develop solutions involving shoring, structural propping, water management and water treatment.
• Build strong relationships with civil contractors, construction companies, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Promote and lead a strong safety culture.
• Assist with project management activities including design coordination, installation support, site inspections, and certification processes.
