Job summary

Coates in Sydney is seeking an Engineering Solutions Specialist to support customers, sales, and operations with technical product knowledge for our shoring, propping, water management and water treatment solutions. The role focuses on driving revenue in NSW, building relationships with civil and construction clients, and working with local and regional teams to raise product awareness.

You'll join a safety-first culture with flexible start times and a vehicle supplied.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical solution selling preferred.
• Customer-facing experience in construction or civil industries.
• Knowledge of structural temporary works including shoring and propping.

Responsibilities

• Work with local and regional sales plus operations to drive product awareness.
• Assess sites with customers and identify opportunities for Coates solutions.
• Build relationships with civil and construction clients.
• Uphold Safety-First culture in all customer interactions.
