Job summary

Infinity Support Services Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking an Engagement & Intake Officer to join our team in a part-time capacity in Werribee VIC.

The role focuses on end-to-end participant intake, including referrals, participant matching, stakeholder communication and intake compliance. The successful candidate will manage intake documentation, distribute and follow up on paperwork, assist with participant inquiries, and coordinate house walkthroughs and service opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with participants, families and partners.
• Experience coordinating referrals, intake, and service arrangements.
• Attention to detail in documentation, compliance and record-keeping.
• Ability to manage multiple referrals and intake processes with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for new participant enquiries, referrals and intake-related communication.
• Build relationships with support coordinators, participants, families and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate intake documentation, packs and service agreements.
• Follow up on outstanding forms and ensure accuracy of records.
• Support house walkthroughs, introductions and service commencements.
• Maintain intake tracking system and regular progress updates.
