Job summary

Infinity Support Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Engagement & Intake Officer on a part-time basis in Melbourne. You will manage end-to-end participant intake, including referrals, matching and compliance, while supporting enquiries and coordinating house walkthroughs for potential SIL participants.

The role involves maintaining strong relationships with referral partners and internal teams to ensure smooth service commencement and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in intake, participant engagement, administration, stakeholder coordination or a similar role.
• Experience within NDIS, disability, aged care or community services sector is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for new participant enquiries, referrals and intake-related communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with support coordinators, participants, families and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate house walkthroughs, property inspections and introductory meetings for prospective participants.
• Take responsibility for preparing, distributing and following up on intake documentation and service agreements.
