Bendigo Health is seeking a warm, organized Customer Service Coordinator focused on NDIS intake and onboarding to join the Care Team. You will guide new CREW members, families and support teams from first enquiry through onboarding and their initial weeks, ensuring a welcoming and well-organised start.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in NDIS intake, onboarding, customer service, or participant coordination.
• Practical understanding of the NDIS, participant funding pathways and Service Agreement requirements.
• Enjoy talking with people, making complex things easier and ensuring nothing gets forgotten.

Aufgaben

• Respond to new enquiries and referrals.
• Run intake conversations and help people understand CRANK.
• Understand goals, interests and support needs of participants.
• Build relationships with participants, families and referrers.
• Prepare and coordinate Service Agreements.
• Confirm participant and funding information.
• Coordinate scheduling and commencement.
• Maintain accurate participant and onboarding records.
• Ensure coaches have required information before start.
• Check in during first weeks and address attendance or engagement issues.
• Create a smooth handover into ongoing Care Team support.
