Accenture is seeking a senior energy domain leader to guide transformation initiatives across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. You will mentor global delivery teams, drive data modernization and AI-enabled platforms, and shape cloud and application modernization roadmaps.

Travel may be required to meet client needs. The role emphasizes business development for executive stakeholders, crossing multiple oil & gas domains, with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and value

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum of 10 years in a strategic advisory role across Upstream, Midstream, Downstream.
• Minimum of 10 years mentoring global delivery teams across large-scale transformations.
• Minimum of 10 years of business development and solutioning for executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsabilités

• Advise energy clients on end-to-end challenges and drive digital operating models.
• Lead enterprise data modernization, governance, and architecture programs.
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, app modernization, platform engineering.
• Develop executive client relationships and lead high-value pursuit opportunities.
