Qualifications

• 12+ years in utilities with Retail, Customer Operations, and Meter-to-Cash.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations and CIS implementations (SAP or Oracle).
• Proven senior client advisor with executive stakeholder relationships.
• Strong consulting, commercial acumen, and P&L leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Advise C-suite and senior executives, guiding strategic priorities.
• Define market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation.
• Originate and close new business, drive practice growth.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams with accountability for scope, timeline, and financials.
• Act as a thought leader in Utilities industry, contribute to external eminence.
• Build and scale high-performing teams; mentor talent.
